"Wow...man of your word huh?"
(Excerpt) Read more at youtube.com ...
In DC, hypocrisy is a commodity, traded on K Street to the highest bidder.............
Cruz says he is a man of principle, but refuses to honor the signed
pledge he made to support the nominee.
He is no man of principle, he is a liar.
If Cruz felt that Trump’s personal attacks voided that pledge, which I can undersand, the principled thing to have done was to have publicly repudiated the pledge months ago and stated the reasons why.
But he didn’t do that. Doing what he did last night showed me that Cruz is a man who cannot be trusted to keep his word.
End of story.
When Trump took “the pledge” I questioned the wisdom of doing so.
In hindsight it was genius. He’s smoked out all of the hypocrites.
Cruz SHOCKED the Texas delegation and many of his staunch supporters. Who did Cruz hurt the most? Ted Cruz. He will forever be remembered as “LYIN’ Ted Cruz”. Trump was right AGAIN.
This will be used in ads in Cruz’s upcoming defeat...either primary or general... This is going to be 25 hours a day come Cruz’s attempt at reelection.
He’s done.
Hey, Ted
If you don’t want to endure personal attacks, don’t get into politics.
My grandfather was an accomplished and upstanding man. His party (old school Democrat) was always after him to run for Mayor or County Commissioner.
He never did. Precisely because he did not want he or his family to be the focus of personal attacks.
Can we just get off Cruz and move on now? We have a nominee. How many more months/years do we have to hear about the has been. Here’s a thought... lets start attacking Hillary again.
Ouch, that one’s pretty obvious, Ted.
He always keeps his word... Well, he got booed out of the convention for breaking his word and ended any hope for a future presidency. He’s a slime bucket.
AggrivaTED.
BooTED.
RejecTED.
DejecTED.
EliminaTED.

Did Cruz say he would endorse the nominee at the convention? Plenty of time between now and election day.
It really was a rather spectacular event that occurred last night. People are going to talk about it for as long as it interests them.
If you say so. I have seen like 5 threads bashing Cruz this morning and none bashing Hillary. And many of the articles are from the left.
