By most accounts, Melania Trumps speech top the GOP Convention was a success until charges flew that she had plagiarized a speech given by Michelle Obama to the 2008 Democratic National Convention. First noted on Twitter by Jarrett Hill, a small portion of Melanias speech bore a strong resemblance to Michelles. Here is a side-by-side comparison:

There’s no way Melania stole Moochelle’s speech. While Melania speaks five languages fluently, I happen to know that “Ebonics” isn’t among them.
“...the mail order bride.”
What a rotten thing to call our future First Lady.
Since 1801 the motto of the London Stock Exchange has been “dictum meum pactum” which is Latin for “My word is my bond”. The American actor Melvyn Douglas who died in 1981 said “Your word is your bond”.
It appears that Michelle did some plagiarism of her own and if you believe that then Melania hijacked a thief. This old saw has been around for 200 plus years.
ESAD troll.
That’s a nice picture of Patrick Ewing in a red jacket!
Don’t take the bait...
Demand to know why the (P)resident and his SoS lied to the public about Bengazi and the deaths of american embassy personnel.
Demand to know how a presidential candidate gets a “pass” on a felony for which others are serving time.
Demand to know who authorized the murder of LaVoy Finicum, and who is involved in the cover up.
Demand to know who has access to your NSA monitoring data, and what it’s being used for.
Ignore Melania Trump and the leftist media narrative.
What the hell are you talking about? I am not wasting time on the leftist media narrative any more than you are. Calm down.
“Ive never heard anyone else say that.”

Well the nit picking has begun. From now on we will hear about her clothes, and all the other stuff to tray and make her look be like the flabber mouthed presstitutes.
OMG! Who did her eyebrows? LOL!
I also missed the part where Melania asked: "All this for a damn flag?"
"Its plagiarism, and its embarrassing, especially for an outfit that makes a big deal about doing everything in a first class way."And:
"The so-called right ring in this country seems to have no more integrity than the left. We are so done for."What the hell are you talking about Sparky?
Just flipped by CNN with a panel of five having the vapors about Melania’s “screw up” as they termed it. They held the opinion that this was a big error and sets the pace for the convention and it’s a hole that Trump can’t get out of. They said they (the media) will be closely scanning and comparing all the speeches to see who else plagarizes.
Local radio (WHAS)has been harping on Melania’s plagarism this morning at every news break.
Why do you think the charges flew around? Same old democratic cr@p, if you can’t dispute the message, you try to destroy the messenger. Smoke and mirrors.
It is not plagiarism by definition, It would never float in court for five minutes. The control of a speech is not a written form, but if Mrs. Trumo is charged, so should Michele Obama as she used the same product in her speech and it wa within the 70 year limit of control. Course, neither one of them used the speech for financial gain, especially Mrs. Trump. Mr. Trump will be taking a paycut to do the job as president.

I honestly, dispassionately, can’t see that making two consecutive identical statements in a different wording is plagiarism.
Or even ‘bad form’.
Tell me a standard to use here besides “I know it when I see it”.
Agree.
Also, I guess Michelle stole it from the movie John Q starring Denzel Washington in 2002.....

When you say you’re gonna do something, you do it. Because your word is your bond, son, that’s all you have.
The MSM will do anything to belittle an elegant, thoughtful reflection, by someone who came from nothing to be on the verge of being a classy first lady...
What’s wrong with them?
The news stations and presstitutes copy one another on all reports they make. They plagarize one another. They can tell “us” only what the owners of the stations allow. So they repeat what everyone else in the media is saying.
