At the time the Alaska spokesman first read their votes, he accompanied this with some gratuitous verbiage about how this was their vote—or emphasis to that effect. My immediate thought was that he expected to be overruled. But I don't know if he had any plausible plan for unbinding Trump votes or was just doing this to poke everyone in the eye.
I thought that sounded like something less than a warm round of cheers for Marblemouth Mac!
Yes, I heard several boos!
Just imagine how many roads and bridges could have been built, or afterschool facilities for kids, or even a fighter jet and protective gear for our military, or assistance to our wounded veterans... Instead, it all went up in smoke for his damaged ego and family cabal. Sickening.
