Many years ago, I remember watching the convention on TV, and I saw a drunken Nelson Rockefeller fall over a chair as he was trying to get to the camera.
They killed the momentum ...bastards! And Ryan looked pretty happy about all the mess .. He even called Trumps middle name “day”... We must Cantor Ryan !!!!

They knew the rules very well. If they got the Committee to change their one bound vote, that would open the door to have bound votes in DC, Utah, etc., changed. It was planned, I think.
It blows my mind that the Alaskan delegation weren’t aware of that rule. So much for the Cruz people being better educated on the delegate wrangling process.
