Michelle said it in the middle of her 2008 speech and they are too similar to be a coincidence.

I checked for a similar third source for a while that they might have both come from but did not find it. Possibly I missed it...but if it is somewhere I did not find it in a quick Google search.

My guess is Melania's speech writer screwed up...and its hard to reckon it was an accident.
