The rules were changed so that winning 5 states is all that is needed- but that doesn’t take effect until 2020.

One reasonable FReeper made a great point on this thread: That Cruz was silent and did nothing to stop the idiot #nevertrumpers while he must have known about them. The FReeper included no vitriol, just a simple and telling fact that I was glad to listen to.

What a great point and goes to show that Cruz has indeed fallen to the GOPe dark side. But let's not eat our own and stomp on honest conservatives who simply might have been mistaken about Cruz. Don't assume they are against Trump just because they once supported Cruz (but NOT the GOPe.) Don't you think they feel bad enough?
