Tulsa Police Bomb Squad officers are on scene at the Oklahoma Air National Guard base after receiving a report indicating a woman was driving around the complex with an unknown device, an official said Monday.
Police Sgt. Shane Tuell said officers were dispatched to the Air National Guard, near 46th Street North and U.S. 169, a little before noon because the Guard notified them of the woman's claims.
"She hasn't gone on the base itself, but she's claiming to have some type of a device in the vehicle," he said.

All this reminds me of the 60s. In the 60s there were bombings and shootings galore and Pre BLMs threatening violence and achieving some of that violence. Moslems had not yet hit their stride, though. Now they are just part of the mix albeit a major part of it and have pretty much combined with the BLMs and BPPs. In the 60s we did not have the Federal government standing ready to join the fight on the side of the bombers and killers, though.
Police had their weapons aimed at the truck and were using ballistic shields for protection. At one point a member of the 138th Fighter Wing security force armed with a rifle approached the truck, getting to within about 15 feet, before slowly backing away and returning to the security checkpoint at the end of the driveway.
The Tulsa Bomb Squad arrived at the scene at about 12:30 p.m. and immediately began deploying a robot. Homeland Security and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms also have representatives at the scene.
