Given the news today about cops being shot in Baton Rouge, I don’t know if it’s worth writing up any new polls before, say, November 1st. America’s too volatile a place in 2016 to have any confidence about what the public’s mood will be next week, let alone three months from now.
For what it’s worth, though, here you go. CNN has the race 49/42, NBC/WSJ has it 46/41, and ABC/WaPo has it 47/43. Of the three, only the last one shows any movement towards Trump, which is interesting since their sample is D+10. (A month ago he trailed by 12.) The CNN poll actually has Hillary gaining two points since June despite the damage done to her by Emailgate. It may be more useful to think of these polls in the aggregate as a clue to the state of the race than by parsing the internal numbers: Scroll down through RCP’s poll history and you’ll find that Clinton’s current lead of four to seven points looks a lot like her polling in late June, before Comey’s announcement about the e-mail investigation on July 5th and the ambush of Dallas police a few days later (which may have also benefited the law-and-order candidate Trump). In other words, Hillary’s rough week may have just been a speed bump and now her numbers are returning to “normal.” Although as I say, in light of what’s going on right now, there really is no such thing as normal this year.

Do nationwide polls really mean that much with an Electoral College?
After all poll takers just need to get a greater sample from the urban areas of California or New York to get the numbers they are looking for if they are squeamish about out right lying.
They deliberately ignore Rasmussen, who has had Trump building a steady lead, and the LA poll yesterday which had Trump +3, and of course all the state polls.
Trump will cause her to stroke out during the first debate.
She’ll need an extra large potato sack to hide those depends. Expect long bathroom breaks!

Shrillary needs to organize Huma, focus groups, campaign strategists, and her pal Sidney Blumenthal before she can utter a statement on anything. She is one of the most disgraceful public figures in our history.
And this is a surprise? Each one of these, so called, news carrying networks, are proven to have lied like rugs and set up polls that no one can answer properly, while refusing to talk to conservatives in their polls. Two of their polls called me, one from California and one from New York, and when they found out I was conservative, thanked me for my time used about 5 seconds to get rid of me. This sound like a fair and informative poll? So much for their cr@p.

This is too close for comfort, something really wrong is going on here in Trumps campaign. Whether he is up a few points or she is, this is really bad. He should be absolutely destroying her right about now, her poll numbers should be in the single digits. This is a woman who was just exposed as much as anybody has ever been exposed as a flat out criminal and a liar, not to mention the expose on the absolute corruption in the justice dept and FBI which her husband has a hand in. Imagine what her poll numbers would be if that wasn’t the case! What the hell he is Trump doing wrong? The press bashing can only go so far, he should be obliterating her. I mean seriously, this is like running against a Manson girl, the woman has zero credibility and comes across as a complete psychopath.
fact of the matter is Trump could have 20 point lead and the msm would still do whatever lying it takes to report it as a clinton lead.

It takes time for polls to flip and that is if these polls are even honest in the first place. I have a feeling the books have been cooked on these polls. Are any of them not ran by a liberal or globalist firm? Think about that for a moment.
They are ran by the same people who tell us the Michael Brown was executed by the police for having his hands up (hands up don’t shoot) or that Trayvon Martin was shot for just minding his own business and that a white jewish guy just wanted to shoot a black kid for no reason.
And yet we believe their polls like it some sort of gospel
