What is beginning to surface is that there has been a rift between Comey and the Obama Administration. Lynch is refusing to answer any question into Hillary’s emails before the House Judicial Committee. She claims it would be “inappropriate” for her to answer and tells them to talk to Comey. She said, “As attorney general, I am not able to provide any further comment on the facts or the substance of the investigation.” Since she has declined to indict Hillary, there is no longer an investigation. Even under the Freedom of Information Act, she must comply.
Lynch avoided every possible question. She managed to frustrate the committee like no other Attorney General in history. One member even said he missed Eric Holder. One member asked her, “Driving down the road, speed limit says 55, I’m doing 65. Have I broke the law?” Her arrogant reply was, “You would have to ask the Highway Patrol.” If she cannot answer even that question, she should be impeached from her position.
This is starting to demonstrate that Comey did not inform Lynch or Obama that he was going to air all the evidence and then claim no recommendation, because even if he did recommend an indictment, Lynch would never go against party politics. It is becoming clear that Comey aired the evidence because he knew that Lynch would never release anything and then point to his recommendation of no indictment. Comey was pulling a cover-your-ass move.
Lynch should be impeached, sanctioned, dismissed from her post and held in contempt of Congress.
There are no laws.

Lynch was put in office in New York State by President Bill Clinton;
James Comey was a member of the Clinton Foundation in 2013;
They both are frauds just like everyone else that has to do with the Clintons, Bushes and Obamas...

Comey is compromised by the Clintoons by his stint as a Banker Gangster at a furrin’ Bank tied to the Clintoon Crime Family Foundations.
Hillary was speaking at 10:45 A.M. Comey started speaking at 11:00 A.M. and Clinton was on the back of Air Force 1 at 1:30 P.M. They knew that she wouldn’t be charged!
Comey is a untrustworthy commie. It is that simple. Let’s stipulate, that he knew Lynch would do nothing. That is no excuse for him to not do his job. This is national security and espionage. His job was to lay out the evidence and recommend indictment. He could have done just that in that press conference. Sure, he would have taken heat. Obola might even have fired him. So what. That is the risk you take with you take such a high profile job working with fellow commies. But instead, he is a coward and political hack. He has no honor or integrity and I am tired of people trying to pretend that somehow what he did was brilliant and awesome.
Those millions won't physically support that, unless some military leaders move a bunch of military vehicles in position around the White House... pointing their guns at the White House. Are there no military leaders left with balls after Obama's purges of the military?

Comey is the one who blessed Clinton’s multimillion dollar pardon of Marc Rich, and the one who got Sandy Berger off with a slap on the wrist for stealing documents from the CIA 911 commission. He has been in Clinton pockets for, what, 16 years? The post at the bank was a way of knitting the relationship a bit closer.
Lynch was of course Sandy Berger’s law partner and her firm handled Clinton taxes.
These people are all in bed with one another.

They are NOT stupid, and I must assume they have factual and indisputable evidence of the ‘pay to play’ shenanigans between former S.O.S. and the Clinton ‘not for profit philanthropy.’
Director Comey understands a recommended indictment would lead to many delays - the truth would not come out (if ever) until well past election day. Justice delayed is justice denied.
My hope is that the FBI (regardless and separate from the e-mail non-indictment) will soon release evidence of treason, espionage, perjury, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, etc. against both bubba and hilda.
This would have immediate ramifications BEFORE the election!
