My BIL was born and raised in Turkey. He came here to study Mechanical Engineering in Michigan, He is now a loyal American citizen. Great husband to my Sister, great Dad to my niece. He was raised in an upper class Turkish family. They actually own the home of The Whirling Dervishes! But he’s not very religious. But still a ‘social” Muslim. I’ve never seen him pray. He’s a mechanical engineer, and has built a great company that makes diamond tooling for the aerospace industry, both commercial and governmental. He’s the kind of immigrants we need!
Several years ago, I brought up the subject of Jihadis. He went nutz! He calls them all criminals just using Islam as a ruse. Man! He got mad! He and his friends hate Erdogan.
Vet them by finding out if they are mozlem, if they are, they dont come in. Trump has said also a slow down of any immigration, and only self supporting ones anyway, but first Americans have to have jobs.

Exactly. End it. I am sick of seeing NIQABS every single day. Not just pretty floral veils, but jet black full-frontal misogyny in my supermarket checkout line. I am so sick of it.
