France’s national holiday turned ugly for revelers Thursday night in the southern city of Nice, as a truck reportedly crashed into a crowd of Bastille Day revelers and fears of terrorism spread.

Agree - however, the “Patriot” movement needs to focus on the problem (those running the government) instead of blind rage against everything government. We have too much government. We have too much debt and government that spends too much.

I agree with what you said with the caveat that based on what I have seen from the “Patriot” movement - many of them don’t seem to understand that taking over bird sanctuaries is not the answer.

Rage needs to be focused and our nation elected the people who created this mess. The only way to fix it is to send them home and put the next man/woman up. Many of the GOP folks we have sent to D.C. have contributed to our problems even as their wealth grows and they tell us what we want to hear on the campaign trail. It is a two party system and a two party problem.

We either educate our fellow citizens and lead them back to the founding principles of , Judeo-Christian values, self-determination, the rule of law, and freedom or we won’t have a nation to save because we are drowning in ignorance based on the people we send to D.C.

It is and it does. But it mirrors their flawed reasoning. Since a large truck was employed as a murder weapon rather than its common purpose, the government must implement tight controls on the common citizens' access to large trucks (and, in this case, the Constitution lacks any specific protection, as if that matters).

PS: Should godless be capitalized? I'm never sure.

Although it seems like it should--since you meant "without God" (and, no one is truly godless, as everyone worships a god of some sort)... But, no. Like godly, godless is not capitalized.
