NBC Boston’s Victoria Warren reported that after Sen. Bernie Sander (I., Vt.) gave his official endorsement of presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton at a rally Tuesday, people were leaving the event and were visibly upset.
“After Bernie Sanders made his statement several people started leaving,” Warren said. “Some people visibly upset as they were leaving today.”

Interesting (to say nothing of distressing) world, where the solemn pledge to forthrightly endorse one’s primary opponent means more to a Bernie Sanders than it does to either Ted Cruz or Yeb! Bush.
It is as if Eugene McCarthy had decided to support RFK, if the latter had not been assassinated the night of the CA primary in 1968.
Unfortunately, let us not make too much of the reaction: the snowflakes will vote for Hillary! in November. It is possible that the Truman Democrats who followed Bernie because he gave-’em-hell will be wooed by Trump, but Trump won’t need them, because is going to win by combining the base with independents, to the consternation of both the Clinton/Obama syndicates and the GOPe.
