There have been a number of crimes that I am aware of that are not publicized that are by Somalis in the area. There is a definite clamp down. And there is fear, not only fear of the citizens but fear up different chains of command.
I think in this case I wouldn’t mind seeing 4 faces on 4 milk cartons.
