Glad you got a good nights sleep....and a diagnosis. It’s amazing how much sleep is appreciated when you live in pain. I have been away from the internet for my back issues. Have numerous compression fractures from the osteoporosis. Slipped disc in lower back. Arthritis in hips and knees. Bursitis in left hip. Waiting for DR to call back and schedule cortisone shots. Hoping that helps. Back surgery scares the heck out me.
Breakfast looks great!

The shot immediately helped me. I pray it does for you, too. ((hugs)).

Mouse, Sorry to hear about your joint issues. I had spinal surgery a few months ago....I was petrified! Since I'm my husband's primary/only caregiver I was worried what would happen if I couldn't care for him. The surgeon said the majority of patients go home the same day. I woke up in recovery and could not believe the horrific pain was gone! Went home and was able to be back to my normal routine. I did rest and avoid lifting. I wouldn't take pain pills before because I didn't want to hamper my cognitive function, and didn't need any after the surgery. Medicine has made great advances! 🤕😷😃
