May sound like Capt'n obvious here, but apparently the NeverTrumpers are blind to it. At this point, barring divine intervention, the only way to stop Hillary from destroying the USA is to elect Trump. If Hillary wins, the American experiment with Liberty is over. This may very well be our last election. Don't blow it.

Come hell or high water, I'm supporting Trump. Most people I know are determined to do likewise.

Sad to say, the never Trump “Christians” are so mad their guy [Cruz] got knocked out of the running, they can’t think straight when you try to ask them what they will get with Hillary as President. They even argue that writing in Cruz is not a vote for Hillary. I have tried getting through to those Cruzers.....they are a lost cause. On the other hand, my whole family is voting for Trump....except for our one loony lib relative....the rest of us have been Trump supporters since day #1. Someday a graduate school psychology student will write a thesis on the reasons why these Cruz supporters stubbornly refused to back Trump, and essentially cut off their noses to spite their face.

I suspect there will be a panoply of reasons. There will be the die-hard, emotionally involved Cruz supporters who refuse to accept reality and like Linus in the pumpkin patch, expect some kind of deus ex machina miracle to occur whereby their anointed one wins the day. Then there are the single-issue voters, who are in the hopeless search for that one pure candidate who meets their qualification - and all others must be rejected on principle. Another facet of this strange psychological amalgam are the "forest for the trees" voters, who are incapable of removing their blinders long enough to view the big picture.

I'm sure there are other deep-seated neuroses, but these are off the top of my head.

There are so many in my Church who say they are one issue voters: Pro-Life. Then they say they’ll write in another candidates name before they vote for Trump! Ridiculous.
