The FBI issued an alert to Louisiana law enforcement agencies warning of violence against officers and planned riots in the aftermath of this weeks high-profile fatal shooting of a black man by Baton Rouge Police. Judicial Watch obtained a copy of the situational information report, which was distributed to police and sheriff departments in Bossier, Caddo Parish and east Baton Rouge as well as Louisiana State Police.
Titled Violence Against Law Enforcement Officers and Riots Planned for 8-10 July 2016, the alert warns that multiple groups are calling for or planning riots and/or violence against law enforcement in Baton Rouge and Shreveport, Louisiana beginning Friday July 8 2016 and continuing through at least July 10, 2016. The document is labeled FOUO (For Official Use Only), a term the government uses to mark sensitive information thats not classified. It was issued by the New Orleans division of the FBI. The agency did not respond to multiple calls from Judicial Watch for comment.
A spokesman for the Louisiana State Police Department, Lieutenant JB Slaton, referred Judicial Watch to the FBI and would not confirm or deny that his agency received it even though it appears on the list of recipients. Thats an FBI bulletin, they would need to address it, Slaton told Judicial Watch after being provided with a copy of the FBI alert. When asked if his agency got the FBI alert Slaton continued to be evasive, responding that its an FBI bulletin.
The alert is dated July 7 and includes disturbing images from social media, including one depicting a restrained uniformed police officer getting his throat slashed by a masked individual. Other social media images call for purging and killing all cops in Baton Rouge on July 9 and starting a riot by the courthouse in Shreveport that will tear shi_ _ down without killing our own black people. Calling for unity in the violent protests, one social media post says it dont matter what color you are. Another says must kill every police!!!!
Be careful, take back roads if you can. Don’t stop for gas..keep driving.
I anticipated the knockout game or maybe I was being paranoid.

I started to ask if you were armed but I clicked on your name first and saw that you are in California.
Don’t wear a blue suit.
You’ll be fine driving through Baton Rouge. When you get to Lafayette, look for the exit to get off in Broussard, stop at Billy’s Boudin and grab some boudin balls for the both of you. They are unbelievable.
I pray everything goes well with your trip to MD Anderson’s.
Don’t be afraid to stop in Shreveport. There is nothing going on downtown except the regular zombies walking around trying to bum cigarettes and change. I only see them near the Hilton.
I go down there daily, nothing happens. There are a lot of bad drivers. Or as I call them, creative drivers. About the only frightening thing I ever see.
Seriously though, nothing to worry about.
Very interesting: https://d28wbuch0jlv7v.cloudfront.net/images/infografik/normal/chartoftheday_5211_us_citizens_killed_by_police_2016_n.jpg
Family Business, probably a 3 week trip. Haven’t had a Shrimp Buster in years.
[And when law enforcement ceases to respond to their 911 calls for help - when they REALLY need/want it - will they begin to understand the reasons why?] That is an easy one to answer, and that is when one of them would normally call 911 for police protection, all they have to do is call one of their BLM buddies.....that is of course assuming the BLM guy is not the perp, nor incarcerated.
Thanks you - and thanks for the prayers :-) (what are boudin balls?)
Thanks! Much appreciated :-)
Thanks.
It’s dirty Cajun rice cooked in sausage casing. Yum!
Oh wow - sounds wonderful!
Just need a bunch of good ol’ rednecks and some bikers to show up there. Help keep things under control. Several thousand would be nice. Locals need to protect their home town and state. I wish them the best, grew up in MS.
He’s had almost eight years to plan this. The events seem to be lining up in the proper order at the right time.
This could be a summer of shockers, on a monumental scale.
God help us.
Take I20 and you’ll only go through Shreveport and down 59 through east Texas. That’s a shorter route anyway
My guess is that most of our Cajun friends in LA aren’t going to stand for a bunch of thugs coming in from out of state causing trouble.
You read my mind. The difference in these last few years is social media and the ability to marshall large numbers in a very short time.
