The GF really seems like the shady character of the two.
I used to live in St. Paul and knew plenty of *local* black kids that were as responsible and hard-working as their background allowed.
Philando was a local, but the GF was form out of state lured by Minnesota’s generous welfare.

I heard the black guy was an NRA member and anti-Obama. Is that rumor true?

I read this comment on the Conservative TreeHouse web site:
The Sheriffs Office says he did not have a permit nor asked for one. He has a history of driving with no licence or insurance for years.
Now this is simply a comment by someone on that website. I have no knowledge if it is true or not.

When stopped I always I've seen several posters over multiple threads say basically that same thing.
My question to all of you. Why do you get stopped so often as to use the word "always?" You make it sound like your norm.
Maybe slowing down to somewhere near the speed limit and/or learning what those pretty red stop lights mean would decrease your "always."

One of the pictures of the dead man shows a gun on his lap....the officer kept saying do not reach for it....
If there is a gun in view and you make any motion chances are you are dead

Minnesota LE is not permitted to publicly identify whether someone has a gun permit.

"But there are reports of the smell of marijuana in the car."
Go back and watch her video. She says at one point they've got a "little weed" in the car.

Lavish said that it was a "Chinese officer'," I wondered why the Chinese would have police patrolling in Minnesota. 😉

Minnesota LE is not permitted to publicly identify whether someone has a gun permit. Which doesn't likely apply to a dead person. Death tends to negate legal rights.

the officer may assume you are using your informing him of your CCW as a cover to pull the weapon on him.
Then it seems to me that if you don't intend to do him harm why give him any extra validation to shoot you? Why does he need to know you are doing something completely legal. Are you going to announce that the headlights both work, you've paid all your taxes and that you don't beat your wife? If you are a gangbanger and you are armed and you DO intend to do him harm why announce anything. Just do it. My brother was stopped once and out of consideration of the officer he informed him his pistol was in the glove box with his driver's license. The cop told him to keep his hands on the wheel and that he would retrieve the pistol and the license. While trying to unload the Colt Govt model .380 the cop swept him twice with the loaded gun. My brother finally asked him to point the pistol away from him until he could figure out how to operate it. Moral of this story have all your "papers" ready before johnny law gets to the window.

I assume you're one of the "little people," so you won't get excused.
Only our 'betters' are above the law.

Oh good, somebody who has seen the first video. The one that shows the shooting and what led up to it. Please post a link to it.

It’s not a right, it’s a state law, and I believe it refers to the list, not whether a person is alive.

Yes, they’ve got the narrative down pat. He dindu nuffin, hands up, shot in the back, etc.
What have the local police put out about this? If they wait too long, they’ve totally lost the war.
