The other thing Chaffetz brought forward: A non-paper is a paper not part of formal business. A secret document does not become a non-apper by removing the classification header - anywhere, everywhere.

Two things need to happen:
1) Immediate call for Comey to resign from his 7 years remaining as Director
2) If Hillary is elected, on Jan 21, immediately introduce Articles of Impeachment, regardlessof who her VP is.
To do anything less means this country is irrevocably broken.

Chaffetz is on again. He is skewering Comey.

My understanding is “with the intent to retain (it) at an unauthorized location” was the sole scope of the investigation.
Comey may have had his statement prepared before that Clinton interview. She may have had a chance to previewed that statement. Comey was noticeably absent at that “interview” last Saturday.
Now Comey saying no aides will be prosecuted, and won’t comment on Clinton Foundation.
This was my belief on how this questioning be set up on the basis of her prior testimony and the patent contradictions the FBI uncovered in their findings. Fortunately for her the FBI didn’t make a record of her likely BS when they questioned her. Unless the FBI took good notes. Otherwise this latter could have served to further inculpate her.

...and Comey would have to say that each and every one is “unreasonable”, or admit that he lied about his decision.
Comey refuses to answer any questions on the Clinton Foundation.
