An indigenous woman in Calgary, Canada who yelled “I hate white people” before punching a white woman in the face and knocking her tooth out did not commit a racially motivate hate crime, a provincial court judge has ruled.
Judge Harry Van Harten’s written decision in the case argued that the motivation of the perpetrator, Tamara Crowchief, in the attack on the victim, Lydia White, was not related to racial bias.
The judge disagreed with the prosecutor’s argument that the unprovoked assault, which occurred in November 2015, rose to the level of a hate crime.
Van Harten said there wasn’t enough evidence to establish the claim that Crowchief attacked White because of her skin color, despite the fact that the perpetrator, who had never met the victims before the attack, yelled “I hate white people” before throwing a punch.
“There is no evidence either way about what the offender meant or whether … she holds or promotes an ideology which would explain why this assault was aimed at this victim,” the judge said. “I am not satisfied beyond a reasonable doubt that this offence was, even in part, motivated by racial bias.”

Once again, an elite official stated openly that there are different standards of justice, one for common - in this case white - people, and one for special people. Whoever the perp is in this case, she’s the second hillary of the week, and the judge becomes a “comey,” the new “quisling.”
Looking at the article, it seems she got some sympathy because she was believed to either have been crazy or to be reacting to being attacked.
Maybe this is where this whole issue will end up evolving, who knows. If you’re fighting back against (fill in group name) because it first did something bad to you, then it no longer is “hate crime.”
Unfortunately, even though the elites are the ones who inspired a lot of racial radicalism among non-whites, these attitudes have taken on a life of their own and will remain even after the elites are gone, as in Zimbabwe.
Similarly, the success of radicals like Hugo Chavez, Rafael Correa, etc. in Latin American countries is as much racial as it is ideological, it's the revolt of the Indio/Mestizo class against the ruling "Blancos." The instincts are there even without turncoat Blancos to egg them on.
You're right. Anti-white racialists like Obama who disguise their agenda as "social justice" have done a lot more harm to America than openly bigoted and violent Nation of Islam types.

Silly white people, you have too much common sense. It wasn’t a hate crime because the accused didn’t have a signed and notarized written confession on her stating “my motive for this crime was hatred of white people.”
Has anyone noticed this happened in Canada and they are still trying to figure out what a hate speech is?

Ironic: Punk rock was originally a cry of the white working class against the crushing poverty and lack of opportunity foisted upon them by the white ruling class.
If you think that's bad, you should see what the normally semi-sensible Swiss have done with their national anthem. They felt that an anthem with words like "We feel blessed when dawn breaks over the mountain tops" (or something like that) doesn't resonate with their young people, so they're scrapping the old anthem and replacing it with some doggerel about sustainable development and equality.
Open season on whites and you don’t even have to buy a license.
And now they are, perhaps, kind of resentful at being overawed by the rednecks, who will “Pick your nose with their cowboy boots,” “All night long shoot their gun,” “Pray to God when they’re hung over,” etc. When it’s ultimately a matter of perspective; they never had to be that low, but turning from God and trusting only in their natural selves left them such.
The German Jews were self-hating? That must have made them easier to bully and exterminate. These are frustrating times.

And I really like the honesty of “Pray to God when I’m hung over.” Because, bless our fallen, sinful hearts, isn’t that where we all ought to be. Sin is stupefying. Oh God, may I not drink wild like that again. But then next night, wild seems the only way to go, yet maybe it’s a little tamer than before. I speak figuratively here.
Of course, it’s so obvious that I missed it! If you can make a geoup hate themselves, you can make them do whatever you want. It explains everyrhing America is going through!

Why? These guys complained about the rednecks beating up on wives and gays too.
