Presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton met with FBI officials Saturday about her private email server that has sparked a federal investigation, her campaign said.
"Secretary Clinton gave a voluntary interview this morning about her email arrangements while she was Secretary," Clinton campaign spokesman Nick Merrill said in an email Saturday afternoon. "She is pleased to have had the opportunity to assist the Department of Justice in bringing this review to a conclusion. Out of respect for the investigative process, she will not comment further on her interview."
Sources confirm to CBS News that the investigation is in its final phase and interviewing Clinton was one of the last steps before concluding the investigation and submitting recommendations on whether charges should be filed.
The meeting, which lasted approximately three-and-a-half hours, took place at FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C., according to a campaign aide.

It was not under oath because it’s a voluntary appearance. That said, there is a statute that provides that irrespective of whether or not it’s under oath, it’s still a felony to lie to the FBI. FNC had a former deputy FBI Director on this am who said that “she doesn’t know what the FBI knows! She may think she does, but she doesn’t. So in 3.5 hours there are lots of places where she can lie unknowingly and get herself into trouble.”
She certainly is at a disadvantage because she doesn’t know how to tell the truth.
Yes of course we here ALL know that.
It's quite chilling to think that around half the American voters will just bury their heads in the sand and vote for her anyway. They don't even want to listen to any of the evidence.
No kidding, Hillary’s probably been unable to tell the truth since she was 10.

The interview was not under oath...in my opinion the unprecedented SATURDAY (Friday and Saturday are known as "perps document-dump days") interrogation was window dressing on all sides to quiet down the airplane meeting incident and other hot potato issues for the long holiday weekend when no one's paying attention, anyhow.
Sooooooo.....Hillary met with the feds, the feds met with Hillary....all's right with the world...so start the potato salad and the watermelon basket for the weekend barbeque & fireworks show and everybody's happy....and another week's stall worked very well.

It is long past time that a private agency be formed, perhaps made up of retired and well-respected law enforcement officers, to investigate the government and its officials.

Lynch continues to lie, even after being caught meeting with Clinton.
Two days later she characterized this criminal investigation as a “review of State department practices and policies.” The fix is in and always has been.
The report was wrong. No FBI at her house. She went in to their office with a gaggle of lawyers, many of the same ones always hovering around the Clintons to clean up their scandals.
