(CNN)Huddled around a corner table during happy hour at the swanky St. Regis Hotel bar in downtown Washington, five young Republicans busily brainstormed how they could help Hillary Clinton become the next president of the United States. The group included an unlikely gang of pro-Clinton foot soldiers, including a Mississippi-born Southern Baptist who got her start in GOP politics as an intern in the second Bush White House, a conservative health care policy analyst who has volunteered for anti-abortion causes and a former president of the Cornell University College Republicans.
Over glasses of wine and champagne Monday night, they kicked off the first steering committee meeting for a new organization: "Republican Women for Hillary."
Their motivation? Stop Donald Trump.

...what the hell has happened to the damnable GOP?
There are statists and then there’s the rest of us.
Their motivation?

Keeping The Cheap Labor Express running
Wheat from the chaff. We are seeing who is who as people expose themselves.
Trump made his billions building and selling buildings. The Clintons made their billion the old-fashioned way, selling their office.
Given the choice between open criminality and an entrepreneur, some people at least choose the criminal. How they explain it and rationalize it isn’t terribly important; its most important just to see who is who.
Inside the beltway dimwits worried about maintaining the status quo.
A couple of thoughts:
1. Democratic women pretending to be Republican women
2. Lobbyists
3. Friends of Meghan McCain
Maybe CNN meant Five HeShe Republicans.
4. Staffers for Paul Ryan or Mitch McConnell
LOL, 5 liberal women constitutes a fake news story. Completely Neutered Network with “Chief C. Aiming Poor” strikes again.
Pro-life for Hillary?
If five democrat women formed a “Women for Trump” group, what are the odds CNN would cover them - no less gush over them?
I’m guess zero chance.
Wealthy county club type women? You’ve got it - they want the CHEAP LABOR EXPRESS TO KEEP RUNNING.
1) Propaganda. You could find pro- Trump groups among Democrats.
2) RINO spouses.
Hurry up little busybodies! Finish your champagne and get to work destroying the Republic. One last sip though of that Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Brut Rosé! Yummy.
Nasty! Remember though there is a boycott of CNN going on till next Friday. Pay them no mind.
Really?
Since they obviously base their support on emotion, not reason, why do they bother to call themselves Republicans?
If they would take the time to do a logical analysis, they would figure out that 1) Hillary has absolutely NO qualification for the position, and 2) Trump has exactly the qualifications we need: business acumen, outspoken, empathy for the citizen’s point of view, plenty of productive foreign experience, etc.
I suspect that they are not and never were Republicans. It is a common tactic for liberals to pretend they are conservatives, then to follow up by saying “but I could no longer support the conservative movement because of this over the top [liberal misrepresentation of a conservative issue]. The tactic is meant to manipulate our emotions. I would hope that every real conservative is smart enough to see through the ploy.
Propaganda piece.
The leader works for the US chamber of Commerce and married a liberal Democrat who is being paid by Hillary. That explains everything.
