here’s my thoughts on that....

it is my view that what Hillary says or doesn’t say is not relevant. everybody knows that she is always either evasive or untruthful.......she lies.
The case is either made or not made based on solid evidence and testimony from we have no clue how many people. that list includes top level state department and secret testimony from very low level clerks and “secretaries”. It might include testimony from a Russian Embassy or other foreign source with direct knowledge of access to the e mail account.
Hillary just doesn’t matter
The case seems simple on its face: Hillary Clinton sold access to the State Department secrets. Sadly, if a case is brought to court it will probably be to sacrifice a few underlings who did what she ordered them to do.
