ChristianMingle.com, an online dating service for Christian singles, must start allowing people to seek out same-sex relationships under a judge-approved settlement. ChristianMingle only required new users to specify whether theyre a man seeking a woman or a woman seeking a man. Two gay men filed class-actions claims against the sites owner, California-based Spark Networks Inc., claiming that the sites limited options violated Californias anti-discrimination law, The Wall Street Journal reported. State law requires businesses to offer full and equal accommodations and services to people regardless of their sexual orientation.

I guess they do.
So they were successfully sued into creating another product? Layers of absurd.
NAMBLA was lobbying for that right when I was still living in kommiefornia.
I would close down first.
I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt based on his public confessions of; "I ust'a be one of them"

If not, why not?
Food for thought...
Heteros outnumber perverts about 30 to 1
Now it’s PAGANmingle
Nothing was stopping a faggot from using the website to find a beard, so it was equal, so were the marriage laws.
See my tag line. It’s the only way we’re going to defeat them.
“Now its PAGANmingle”
Old school Odinists would hold to the practicality of the old law that unnatural people were exiled and killed if they tried to return. If they are so possessed of a need to infect children & others with their lifestyle that they can’t stay away, they deserve whattever they get.
“Modern” Odinists try to represent the Viking God of War as rainbow LGBTQ to increase their following. Odin in return makes their leaders genderless and morbidly obese.
>>See my tag line. Its the only way were going to defeat them.
I’ve been saying that for 6 years. The “we have to take the moral high road” losers think that’s the wrong approach because they can’t separate tactics from objectives. Back during the heated Trump vs Cruz debates here, many of them still couldn’t understand.
I know who Odin is, but what is an Odinist?
>>I don’t see how that could be Constitutional, if Christian Mingles is operated as a PRIVATE “club”.
You can attempt to sue anyone or any any entity for any reason. The courts are supposed to establish whether the case has any merit.
But, in today’s just-us system, you can always find a judge who cares more about social just-us than actual justice.
Sliding fast, from what some call “soft” tyranny into “hard” tyranny.
Inscrutable, you ain’t.
>>Inscrutable, you aint.
WTF does that mean? You post mentions Odinists. Your tagline mentions Odin. Your screen name seems rather Nordic. I actually want to know what an Odinist is and you seem to be begging someone to ask. So I did.
I’m neither begging, nor am I obedient, apparently.
We’ve been strangers up til now. Let’s not fix what isn’t broken.
>>Weve been strangers up til now. Lets not fix what isnt broken.
Sounds like a good idea.
But no one will push back. Conservatives are too self righteous to push back. Let me paraphrase a few of the comments on this very thread:
"We" have better things to do than sue for every little cause.
I'm not going to look around on a gay dating site to get some further information about this. I might see an ad. Blech!!
It's over, even the people who want to fight back wont.
