Attorney general to back FBI and Justice findings in Clinton email server probe
Washington Post ^ | July 1, 2016 | Brian Murphy and Ellen Nakashima

Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch will support the recommendations from prosecutors and others leading probes into the use of a private email server by Hillary Clinton during her time as secretary of state, a Justice Department official said.

Lynch’s statement — expected later Friday during a gathering in Colorado — underscores the intense sensitivity surrounding the FBI and Justice investigations into the past use of an exclusive email server by the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.

There has been a Constitutional crisis for the past 8 years, minimum.

That may be, but that has nothing to do with this, as it would force Obama to testify against Hillary if she was to be indicted.

That’s his concern, not a Constitutional crisis.

You bet your sweet a$$ that’s why she said what she said. I’m wondering however when the public therefore starts not following the law and crafty attorneys then use the Clinton excuse of non indictment/imprisonment to make a defense that common people are not treated equally under the law? The the ensuing anarchy from that fallout?

I mean if she can blatently break the law with no legal ramifications then why should I file my income tax returns?

“That says to me that she knows what’s coming from the findings and it leans in favor of the Dems. Not good.”

Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch arranged that public meeting in order to tie Lynch’s hands.

She now will be forced to indict Hillary.

Hillary will then be forced to exit the race.

The Dems then choose Biden or some other white knight to ride to the rescue of the party and Obama’s globalist agenda.

Obama then pardons Hillary on his way out, and she and Bubba are allowed to skate with their millions in ill gotten gains.

This is being engineered because it’s become apparent to the Dem leaders that Hillary is headed for a crushing defeat in the Fall.

I believe Hillary will not be indicted because that would immediately put Obama on the witness stand.

She sent him emails from that same server. If this happens, even if Obama pardoned her, Hillary would never be president. That is not part of their plan.

You know the answer to that. Even if our royalty elite can break the law with no legal ramifications, you cannot. To allow you to break the law would lead to disrespect for authority.

“I believe Hillary will not be indicted because that would immediately put Obama on the witness stand.”

What’s to stop Obama from pardoning her before the process reaches that stage?

Remember that Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon before charges could be brought.

Btw, if they opted to indict, knowing Obama was going to be called as a first witness, I believe Hillary and company would blackmail the hell out of Obama for allowing that to happen, as her run for the presidency would be over. Done.

Now THAT is a Constitutional crisis. It is a crisis when politics supersedes the rule of law. People have a duty to discharge, they must do it. If putting Obama on the witness stand causes a political problem for Obama that’s his problem. His political problems do not trump the law.

Noted that the Post article does not mention directly that the investigation is packed with recent DOJ prosecutors, who will ultimately make the recommendation.

If your “pardon Hillary” scenario occurred, that would mean the first witness to be called, (Obama), he would be the one that pardoned her. But that would be after an indictment or trial.

That would be total chaos in every direction and I can assure you her run for the presidency would be over for starters.

“Accept”, not “Follow” the recommendations.

The Democrat Criminal Enterprise on display.

If this had been a Republican Secretary of State, the Democrats would have called for an Independent Counselor a long time ago.

Don't be surprised if they start calling for one now, only to drag out the process. Twenty seven months to release emails?

It's all about dragging everything out, until the Media can claim everything is old news and “What the difference does it make now”. The general public has a short attention span, and doesn't pay attention until just before an election. The general voter only looks at the headlines, and the Media twists the headlines to convey their agenda.

Unfortunately the nominee may not be Hillary. The Dems have replaced their nominee in the past, even after the election process has started (remember New Jersey). The Media has smeared Trump and painted him in the public’s eye as as causing violence, even though those guilty of violence are the left.

The general electorate will fall for the lie, and end up voting is a liberal leftest, who will select Supreme Court nominees who will follow the socialist line, and destroy our Republic.

Hillary will skate. But that was likely always a given. The real question is how. How will she skate to afford her maximum political advantage while shielding the Obama administration?

First step, divide Hillary’s problems into two. 1) Clinton Foundation corruption and 2) e-mail/national security violations

Step two, The Clinton Foundation corruption is priority one as that supposedly “discredited” book regarding the Clintons has been out for a while and has been anything but discredited. Not to mention that most people can understand the Clintons were poor and are now rich. Thus, the sheeple most readily understand corruption and most readily can get their minds wrapped around this charge. Solution, delay the release of any information on this until well after the election. By that time she is President and the problem is solved.

Step three, kill the e-mail investigation at the roots. Someone in the FBI must be found to simply say, “there is no chargeable offense.” Slow walk the investigation until the requisite leverage can be found to get someone in the FBI to play ball. This way, Lynch and Obama stay above it. Hillary can declare that the investigation was so ridiculous as to not even have gotten out of the FBI. The MSM will feast on that declaring Hillary not only innocent but a victim of a witch hunt. Any whistleblowers can be dealt with the Clinton way and by counting on the fact that the legal issues are more complicated than graft and corruption for the low into crowd to digest.

Here comes a speech by Hillary declaring we should move on.

This is how it will happen. The Lynch-Bill meeting was just more purposeful distraction, as are any leaks from the FBI, to avert eyes from were the real show or trick is happening. That is happening at the top of the FBI and with the career prosecutors who are well in the tank. Now, it is just a question of timing for maximum benefit for the Clintons.

“If your “pardon Hillary” scenario occurred, that would mean the first witness to be called, (Obama), he would be the one that pardoned her. But that would be after an indictment or trial.”

Oh, I don’t doubt you. I’m just trying to apply a bit of reasoning and (humble) insight to the events that are transpiring.

As to Obama being the first witness called, I highly doubt he would be. More likely, he’d be the very last witness called. The White House and their sycophants and toadies throughout the federal apparatus, would do everything in their power to shield him from testifying.

But even that’s a problem, isn’t it?

If you’re Obama, you don’t want the process to advance that far to begin with. What to do? Pardon Cankles before Comey even delivers his recommendation? Have Lynch fall on her sword and refuse to indict? Either one of those choices would bring catastrophic consequences upon them and the democrat party.

If you read the comments sections of websites where left and right are allowed to post, sentiments run overwhelmingly in the direction of Hillary being guilty of out-security with our national secrets, if not outright espionage. There isn’t a clean way out of this for the Dems, except to allow justice to follow the law and it’s natural course, but I believe they feel the cost of that is too great, and that their globalist agenda is far too important to allow that outcome.

They’re going to wind up pushing the American people to the absolute limit over this.

Hillary is done, no matter how this shakes out. Even if Servergate were to magically disappear, she’s a rotten candidate, and will lose to Trump in the general, regardless.

The Dems have stupidly stuck themselves to a tar baby, and are becoming more glued to it by the day.

There are few ways for them to cleanly survive this, or to unstick themselves from it. The heavies involved are all keenly aware that they’re navigating waters of unprecedented danger to themselves, their party, and their globalist agenda.

Look for Hillary to suffer a life threatening stroke, or some other debilitating event, in the near future. She’s made them all very, very vulnerable, and must be moved aside for the good of ‘the struggle’.

The 30 year DA who appears on faux also believed this would be the case, he'd be #1 on the stand. Btw, how do you pardon someone who has yet be to charged or indicted? Is that possible?
