Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch will support the recommendations from prosecutors and others leading probes into the use of a private email server by Hillary Clinton during her time as secretary of state, a Justice Department official said.

Lynch’s statement — expected later Friday during a gathering in Colorado — underscores the intense sensitivity surrounding the FBI and Justice investigations into the past use of an exclusive email server by the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.

The FBI recommends where to proceed based upon their findings.

The AG makes the decision.

That only means the fix is in, no indictment recommendation forthcoming. Corruption wins the day again, for the corrupt.

Lynch’s statement — expected later Friday during a gathering in Colorado — underscores the intense sensitivity surrounding the FBI and Justice investigations into the past use of an exclusive email server by the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.

The end result has just been telegraphed:

The FBI's investigation by the career FBI Invetigators will conclude Shrillary should be indicted.

The "Justice" Department's investigation will conclude no charges are warranted.

That's all that Shrillary needs at this point to say it's another VRWC and her supporters to say this is all a Republican pipe dream.

This Lynch woman sure has a way with the language. However, fifteen minutes of non-stop jello words was about all I could take.

Fortunately, the cables moved on to comments from their "experts" and "analyists" who then moved right into spouting even more jello words....so I tuned out and turned off.

I think the term that the spokesperson used for Lynch was “accept” the findings of the FBI. These are liberals. THAT means nothing. I can accept a ham sandwich or accept elephant feces. Lynch can accept anything from crabs to feminine hygiene products. “Nobody has committed to nothing.”

And they must have Comey on something. I expect another convenient heart attack in the mix over the next couple of days or weeks.

The corrupt politicians have morphed our system from a Justice System to a Legal System without Justice.

Not her job.

Given that she was hired by Bill Clinton and the issue was wrongdoing by his wife, it could easily be argued that it could never have been her job. But after that meeting yesterday . . .

It’s rare in the Legal System to receive more Justice than you have paid for.

Of course she’ll accept the report. Regardless of anything, they always accept the report. That’s just normal.

Her statement was 100% BS.

In other words, she’ll gladly accept the report and review it. But that does not mean she will agree to pursue a indictment against Hillary.

Obama would be the first witness. That spells Constitutional crisis.

And Obama would be the first witness because H. Clinton had sent him email from her private server.

Constitutional crisis.

This goes all the way to the top and completely sideways across the entirety of the State Dept. Mark my words if indictment comes you know full well a full pressed of Clinton Attorneys will line up the subpoenas. Obama knows this, Lyin Lynch knows this as well as State. Because of above this goes nowhere at all

You bet. It’s been established Hillary sent Obama email from that server. That makes Obama part of this, a witness, and in fact he would be called as a first witness.

And this is why crooked Hillary will not be indicted. Hillary stated long ago, “Everyone knew about it” (The private email server”

Hint hint...A Shot across the bow. That put Obama right on the spot.
