She just felt discussions like that weren’t for places that could be recorded. They’re learning to stop using things like private server email, etc. It’s back to the old school subterfuge now.
They still got caught though. There are other methods to monitor domestic enemies which looks to what have happened in this case.
Yes, the meeting was observed because they still cannot remove themselves from their entourages or give up the excesses of their perks (limos, G5s, security, preference, etc.) They are too prominent, and especially now with the scrutiny even MSM can’t ignore it all like they used to.
The one thing though is that the conversation was not captured (at least by forces not loyal to them).
True to a certain extent but prominent people can travel and not really have been seen. It most certainly could have been recorded. There are a number of technologies that can.

It was intentional and now opens the option for Lynch to recuse herself from having to ‘not having sufficient evidence’ to send the Hillary case to a grand jury - punt the case to her assistant at DOJ who can take no action on Hillary or stall and the ‘heat’ will not be on the Clintion and Associates camp. Remember, Lynch was appointed by Bill Clinton to be a Federal Regional prosecutor in 1999.
