The tables have turned in this weeks White House Watch. After trailing Hillary Clinton by five points for the prior two weeks, Donald Trump has now taken a four-point lead.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey of Likely U.S. Voters finds Trump with 43% of the vote, while Clinton earns 39%. Twelve percent (12%) still like another candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
Last week at this time, it was Clinton 44%, Trump 39%. This is Trumps highest level of support in Rasmussen Reports matchups with Clinton since last October. His support has been hovering around the 40% mark since April, but it remains to be seen whether hes just having a good week or this actually represents a real move forward among voters.
Trump now earns 75% support among his fellow Republicans and picks up 14% of the Democratic vote. Seventy-six percent (76%) of Democrats like Clinton, as do 10% of GOP voters. Both candidates face a sizable number of potential defections because of unhappiness with them in their own parties.

I was just going to post this. Alright!! Let me check twitter and see if there are any other polls like this.
Please pull this dupe...
Note well the conflicting news stories about the polls. Those predicting a decisive Hillary win are being written for one and only one purpose: to egg on the anti-Trumpers and press for a convention coup. Blatant manipulation. Damn them all to Hades.
Fox polls are the most blatantly unbelievable.
Thanks! One of the essential movie scenes on my list. Mega angst.
Agree, especially from Fox. You can tell they are manipulated because while they can change the “bottom line” they can’t change every single answer, which is in Trump’s favor.
“Fox polls are the most blatantly unbelievable.”......
Most polls are unbelievable, blatantly or not.
The Polling Data Isn’t Good for Hillary

Polls are the lazy approach to what passes for journalism today. No analysis, no reporting of facts. Just cheap clickbait.
Today’s Journ-O-Lists can hardly write a six-word headline that is not full of misspellings and grammatical errors.
They are pulling out all the stops now. Did cbs just spend 15 minutes tying Trump to the terror attack in Istanbul??? Using mike Hayden as a PTB stooge??? Watching broadcast without sound in restaurant .. Big headline “Trump and Terror “. Talking about “ water boarding” comments as a source of this attack??? No mention of the hundreds or thousands killed by Obama directed Agency conducted drone attacks without process... ? Think they love us because of that?
I haven't seen an accurate poll since they predicted the looming failure of BREXIT.
Winston Smith must be losing his mojo,or maybe Julia has him all tuckered out.
Hillary’s apologists are “supporters of her globalist finance and banking machine.”
They love it when you call them that.
And that's there's 18% of us who aren't likely to vote for either of the offered-up bozos...
...E'en tho they'll chip away @ that 18% & get it down to 15-16% by election day.
It’s over - it’s post peak Hillary.
Yesterday they breathlessly reported one showing Trump down by about 6 points. Looks like they’re trying to poison the water for the convention. Brit Hume obviously and bitterly hates him.
