Yup, 18% that are indifferent to PIAPS running the country, naming Supreme Court Justices, running the Dept. of (Occasional) Justice, the IRS, the NSA, etc. Indifferent to the most corrupt (and blackmailable) person in modern politics holding the most powerful office in the (somewhat, though steadily diminishing) Free World, commanding the Armed Forces, setting policy on EVERYTHING.

IOW, 18% of the population are at least as stupid as those who WANT Hillary - with the difference that those who want her at least think that they’ll get something for it.
