Those are very good points. I noticed myself that they argue like liberals—as in substituting insults for facts and logic. Agree with you about Cruz, too; doing the optimal thing for the country doesn’t seem to be his first order of business.

1000 hate messages against me . . .

Okay, I'm trusting you now that there's no hyperbole going on here, and also that you're not using some distant galaxy's Base 3 numbering system.

Right?

I’m a Trump supporter and you are acting like zealot. If Cruz doesn’t endorse Trump I’ll back your zealotry but now is not the time.

S’true. That’s why I tend to shoot back with insults. I don’t expect to reach them, but at least I can get them to focus on me and end up looking like fools to those who may be undecided.

But it’s nice to have someone tag-teaming with indisputable facts too.

I think he’s better at making deals than that.

Here's an example thread, count the posts. Maybe not all 1,122 posts are against me, but pretty close: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3379182/posts

University of Texas is a very liberal institution.

You really don’t know much about Texas.

Only somebody not grounded in reality would think Cruz should enthusiastically endorse somebody who lied and slandered him repeatedly for a year. Those kinds of things are hard to forgive or justify.

Well there you have it: Cruz not looking good in a poll? No problem—the poll’s a fake!

If you’re a Cruz supporter, everything always works out. Just remember these simple rules: if it’s good for Cruz, it’s true. If it’s bad for Cruz, it’s a lie.

Cruz can’t lose!

Because, of course, those were the terms of the pledge he signed: “I’ll support the nominee if he treated me nice, but I’ll work to undermine him If he was mean.”

Ted Cruz threw out the first lie and insulted a whole state’s values. Slander is a legal term, and Harvard Law schooled, junior, sometimes present senator, ought to sue to get his good name back.

‘I think he’s better at making deals than that.’

Here’s a question for you. What kind of organization allows one of its chief officers to lose/misplace/vanish six billion dollars with total impunity? No questions asked, no audits ordered, not a single disparaging word—in fact, the entity that ‘disappeared,’ the six billion is heaped with lavish praise. How would you describe such an organization?

lol, a zealot? Good one.

Yea, because concern for this country is so...hmmmm, zealot like? What are you smoking??

This stealth crap of undermining the nomination of Trump is beyond insane, it’s outright dangerous. But if calling me names gives you a sense of superiority, by all means, have at it. It means squat to me.

I agree that it will be hard to do but politics is a nasty game. He should endorse him once he gets the nomination for the sake of the party.

Incidentally, Cruz’ NH libel of Trump was far, far worse than anything Trump said about Cruz.

I think it’s kinda funny that they were all worried about Trump losing and going 3rd party. So they made him sign the stupid pledge that he wouldn’t. Of course, the sore losers can’t accept the fact they lost.

Agree; there is a certain irony to it. I think the classic phrase is, ‘Hoist on their own petard.’
