PHOENIX - Amid an ongoing investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of email and hours before the public release of the Benghazi report, US Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately with former President Bill Clinton.
The private meeting took place on the west side of Sky Harbor International Airport on board a parked private plane.
Former President Clinton was visiting the Phoenix area and arrived to Sky Harbor Monday evening to depart.
Sources tell ABC15, Clinton was notified Lynch would be arriving at the airport soon and waited for her arrival.
Lynch was arriving in Phoenix for a planned visit as part of her national tour to promote community policing.
ABC15 asked Lynch about the meeting during her news conference at the Phoenix Police Department.
"I did see President Clinton at the Phoenix airport as he was leaving and spoke to myself and my husband on the plane," said Lynch.
The private meeting comes as Lynch's office is in charge of the ongoing investigation and potential charges involving Clinton's email server.
The private meeting also occurred hours before the Benghazi report was released publicly involving Hillary Clinton and President Obama's administration.
Lynch said the private meeting on the tarmac did not involve these topics.
"Our conversation was a great deal about grandchildren, it was primarily social about our travels and he mentioned golf he played in Phoenix," said Lynch Tuesday afternoon while speaking at the Phoenix Police Department.
Sources say the private meeting at the airport lasted around 30 minutes.
"There was no discussion on any matter pending before the Department or any matter pending with any other body, there was no discussion of Benghazi, no discussion of State Department emails, by way of example I would say it was current news of the day, the Brexit decision and what it would mean."
Right...

If the fix was really in there would be no need for this meeting.
I’ve been tweeting like crazy to Trump to get him to investigate how the votes are counted ahead of time. I’m a nobody so they won’t be read LOL. He could then have a foundation for confronting a two-point loss if he finds fraud ahead of time or he can get Congress yeah I know LOL to fix the problem before hand. we can’t just sit here and say the fix is in without doing anything. We still need to make calls for him or knock on doors or if people don’t like that donate. Make sure friends get out to vote. We can’t lose this election
Bill promised a few million from the Clinton Foundation once Hillary is cleared.

Getting talking points ironed out before she declares there is not enough evidence presented by the FBI to indict Hillary, even though the FBI will argue, that she should be indicted.
Hillary isn’t bill and bill isn’t bill anymore.

Nothing suspicious to see here. It’s just the politically-powerful husband of a presidential candidate who is under investigation by the FBI and DOJ meeting privately with the AG. What could they possibly have to talk about?
When you are without conscience, as the Clinton’s are, you can break any law you wish and NOTHING will be done to you. I’m sure in this meeting Lynch assured Clinton he and his lawless wife had no prosecution worries.
I ask my self, what would happen if this were a conservative, who’s wife was under investigation for exactly the same thing. I digress!
The Dems are getting rather ballet with their corruption. I’d been watching the news since drudge first posted this bombshell and nobody has touched it.
