EU spells out conditions for single market access to Britain

European Union leaders drew a stark line along the British Channel on Wednesday, telling the U.K. that it cannot keep valuable business links with its former continental partners in a seamless single EU market, if it doesn’t also accept European workers.

The challenge cuts to the heart of the British vote to leave the bloc following a virulent campaign where migration from poorer EU countries was a key concern. It also sets the scene for the complex departure negotiations facing departing Prime Minister David Cameron’s successor, for which nominations opened in London Wednesday.

Meeting for the first time without the U.K., the 27 other EU nations set out a united strategy to face the next British government which will seek to salvage as many of the EU rights as possible while reneging on a maximum amount of obligations.

They emerged from the summit insisting that the “four freedoms” central to European unity are indivisible: the free movement of people, services, goods and finances. …

They’ll cave on that once other nations in the EU decide to bolt.

Yes...they just don’t get it. Look for British shipping to become active.

The EU blood suckers are already drying out....now even the simple-minded can understand the motivation for Britain’s LEAVE voters to protect their sovereignty and keep the lousy beggar nations away.

Let the EU stand on its own, or vaporize.

EU spells out conditions for single market access to Britain

The EU's response sort of makes the anti EU point doesn't it.

The EU wants to stand on its own and always did. Frankly, there are a lot of elites that hold the view that the UK was holding their agenda back, and now they not only get to push it forward but to bully the UK at the same time.

Indeed so. Now if only the populations of the “core” countries, who are against the EU but in a half-hearted manner at present, would stand against their elites.

"the “four freedoms” central to European unity are indivisible: the free movement of people, services, goods and finances"

Man are they stupid. I know the globalists want a level pain field, but they also think they're immune to the satanic death cult.

That will never happen. Italy in particular already had their sovereign leadership installed by the EU, so they have a very long way to go to assert their independence, if they want it. France has reverted to Vichy status and no longer has any spirit of de Gaulle.

“...the next British government which will seek to salvage as many of the EU rights as possible while reneging on a maximum amount of obligations.”

If the British people voted to leave the E.U., the government should leave the E.U.

So, what are the details of the EU interfaces between Switzerland and Norway and the EU on these issues?

Free movement of people to the impoverishment and even endangerment of the citizens in a given nation is a recipe for exactly what has happened, and not just in Great Britain. There needs to be plausible reason to increase immigration, and there needs to be penalty for prospective immigration from groups that prove to be hostile. Otherwise, the citizens will continue to oppose such policies.

The first thing that Britain should do is close its fisheries to EU fishing trawlers. They should do that today.

UK needs to “just say no”
and
develop its worldwide trade (just as it always did so successfully before making the mistake of going into the EU dictatorship)

UK is the one nation FOR SURE that has demonstrated its ability to make out well trading on a world-wide basis!

tell the EU dictatorship to GTH!

This attitude on the part of European internationalists, clearly indicates why the Trump emphasis on putting America & the Americans, first, is so critical. We, even more than the Brits, are the target of those who want to war on the very concept of a nation--of the freedom of people sharing a common history, common values, etc., to chart their own destiny.

For an insight into the over half-a-century effort to distort the issue, see Surrender By Subterfuge.

Dear EU:

There’s a bear out there that is hungry.

NATO didn’t like the vote.

Merkle peed her pants and Holland doesn’t know what to say or do.

If Putin doesn’t get you, Islam and the jihads’ will.

Luv ya,
