My Trump 2016 Make America Great Again Flag that is flying in front of my house is causing a stir. I have had the Police here, the sheriff’s department and the MI State patrol. I have been ordered to remove the flag as it is violation of the sign ordinance. I simply stated the flag is not a sign in new Jersey and gentleman was taken to court for the same violation - the court ordered that the flag could remain up and that city in New Jersey had to change the ordinance in order to include the word “flag’ within the ordinance.
since the ordinance has to be rewritten than the city council must aprrove the changes in the ordinance . Than the city council must have a public hearing on the ordinance. If there are objections to the ordinance the city must hear the objections in each and every separate incident of the violation. So basically the change will no be made well into 2017.
Just wait to till July when I place the Hillary for prison 2016 sign in the front yard - since we have a voting being done in August in Mi I can have the sign in the front yard for 30 days prior to the voting and thirty days after. with Novemebers election i am allowed to keep the sign up for 45 days prior to the election - there is a window of 10 days that I must have the sign down. Will abide by it - No way no how.
It is sad that hershel walker had to loss speaking engagements and the like for endorsing Donald Trump. Wish him the best maybe some conservative organizations will pick him up yet.
