Actually the BBC is saying that now Cameron is LEGALLY bound to present the result to Brussels next week and ask them to implement Article 50 of the EU Constitution to separate the UK from the EU.
It will - because socialist bureaucracies are corrupt - take a couple of years but the UK is going to leave unless the EU refuses to let them which would mean war.
