It made barely a ripple in the national last week when initially reported, but 5 state workers in Delaware were indicted for Food Stamp fraud totaling nearly a million dollars. An official statement from the Delaware state government reported on June 14:
Attorney General Matt Denn announced today the arrests and indictments of seven former state of Delaware employees for theft of federal money. All seven were employed by the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS), and were responsible for issuing Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards, and three previous arrests were also related to the same investigation.
Two of the defendants were indicted and arrested last week, two others were indicted and remain at large, one was indicted and arrested previously and still faces charges, and two have already been convicted and sentenced.

A paltry $1 million? Amateurs!
A woman in Massachusetts got $3.5+ million, and I think they’re still counting the millions a big Hispanic gang got in Florida. Tip of the iceberg!
Great news! 7 corrupt government workers caught.
Bad news...70,000 still not caught!
But...but...childhood learning! Nutritious breakfast!
All Head Start really proves is that adding 1-3 years to that already spent in K-12 education achieves even worse results!
...and if one were really showing a hand, one could say how you like America run by the Brothers and Sisters of the White Hut resident? Anything ever done that you would approve? In my case at least not once no not even once! Just saying. To say this is all going to set race relations back a bunch doesn’t begin to address the problem. Sadly before he ever announced a run for the White Hut, we knew. Oh did we know.
Two Ghettopotami still “at large”...pun intended
I saw the pictures.
Shocked I say, SHOCKED.
It’s always the Amish.
How about before the money runs out we shut off the flow. States do not allow their citizens to send money to the Federal Government. Only the State should have that privilege.
It doesn't matter if those white people have any connection to this or any other crimes. They're white people, they must be guilty of SUMPIN'.

Two public servants ‘at large’? Is that anything like the Wisconsin Fleas?
Until we begin doing things like they did in the former commie China, i.e. any manager found guilty of fraud was shot and the family was billed for the bullet, nothing is going to change. Probation and restitution. Can you say blood from a stone?
No joke, one time I was involved in devising a program to root out some from receiving welfare benefits while under reporting the extent of their gainful employment. I was bluntly told that was not in the interest in the city government because: If we prosecute them and they lose their jobs, their welfare will be increased at an additional cost to the cities. UNBELIEVABLE. That is like saying let’s not prosecute a bank robber because they will never deposit any funds in the banks they rob.
It was only $1,000,000 !!!
And all the school breakfast and lunch programs give us a generation of obese kids.
Only 7?
I'm sure it does, sometimes. I think that would be the exception.
I won’t hold my breath waiting for them to prosecute all of their collaborators who actually received said fraudulent EBT benefits as well. It’s like when they convict the EBT cards for cash stores; they arrest the owner but let the hundreds of “customers” who knowingly sold their cards for cash completely off the hook.
From one who lived in Delaware in their past history, my thought in question was answered, once I saw the photograph.
Canadians, as my Aunt calls them, since her grandkids were getting on her for calling them what they are.
Although that is a slap to Canadians...... sorry Canada.
Almost very day brings more evidence that only minorities are chosen for prosecution for public corruption; whites are given a free pass due to white privilege. I meant this as semi-satire until I remembered the Clintons.
