Clinton IT specialist invokes 5th more than 125 times in deposition | Fox News Catherine Herridge,
Hillary Clinton IT specialist Bryan Pagliano invoked the Fifth more than 125 times during a 90-minute, closed-door deposition Wednesday with the conservative watchdog Judicial Watch, a source with the group told Fox News.
The official said Pagliano was working off an index card and read the same crafted statement each time.
It was a sad day for government transparency, the Judicial Watch official said, adding they asked all their questions and Pagliano invoked the Fifth Amendment right not to answer them.
Pagliano was a central figure in the set-up and management of Clintons personal server she used exclusively for government business while secretary of state. The State Department inspector general found Clinton violated government rules with that arrangement.

obviously he has a deep seated fear of committing Arkancide, as do most, I'm sure, who serve the Clinton crime family
I honestly remember that in publication. In fact, it was $36,000 ? The check was from an alter ego “LLC”. Something like Clinton enterprises LLC. I’m sure the “foundation” was the LLC manager. Just a total scam. Im sorry I cant give you the citation. Its out there big time.
That wasn't F. Lee. It was Gerald Uelmen. Watch him make the weasel squirm (1m4s).
The OJ trial did produce a conviction, just not of OJ.
Hillary turned over the emails a year and half ago. She deleted over 30,000 emails, sent and received classified emails, removed classified markings, used the SOS email system for her foundation, solicited governments for foundation, etc... etc... FBI has been mute for over a year an a half. And you call the investigation energetic?
I do. i, believe the investigation has been made quite difficult due to the need to forensically retrieve the 30,000 scrubbed emails you refer to, and by stonewalling by the state dept and others. Further, I believe the investigation has been taken in directions other than the server. You apparently disagree. I’m not here to argue with you, and I don’t really care what conclusion you reach. If my conclusion irks you, by all means ignore it.
Initially, it was a down payment of $5000 up front but that is before she took office. What is even more disgusting is she stuck him in the State Department as a GS 15 and used taxpayer money to pay him approx 140K a year while he was working illegally at her house? I understand from judicial watch that the server anti virus was shut off making is easily hacked. Of course it was hacked . That is probably why he took the 5th amendment over 1 hundred times which I do not understand since he has immunity from prosecution. ? What is that about?
The “weasels” were those who turned a murder case into a race case and duped a bunch of jurors with chips on their shoulders, not the LAPD officer you refer to.
True, but one never wants to be on the wrong side of the Clintons. The health implications alone would cause one to plead the 5th.
Does not irk me one bit. And I been leaning in your direction for the longest time. I have recently lost faith. There have been too many laws broken with no action. I can not understand if she is guilty of dozens of crimes (which I whole heartily believe), why silence, why let her run for president, why not indict and still look for more wrong doing. You can arrest someone and still conduct a criminal investigation for more crimes. Everything does not have to be wrapped up in a neat little ball. At this moment, there is enough evidence to put her away for the rest of her life.
BTW, as I recall even the way they “turned them over” was meant to delay and obfuscate. They printed them out and delivered them, didn’t even deliver them digitally. All then had to be scanned by hand in order to cross-correlate, etc. That takes months.

Another instance where it made no sense. They turned over the paper records and electronically deleted the files. They got to decide what to keep and what to delete (without proper security clearances) If this is not against the law, it should be. They incorrectly stored the deleted classified files on a USB (laws broken the first week, laws broken not handing over emails when exiting State).
And the fact that it slowed down the process by months is mind boggling (I know I read that it did), but am IT. Optical Recognition Technology and proper scripting (text conversion program) could have made a searchable database in a week.
I cannot wait till September for the 1st debate between Hillary and Trump. This will be very entertaining.
Do I feel she'll be indicted...nope, but I hope so. I do however feel her baggage is about to catch up to her.
It’s even worse—they allowed her bevy of lawyers to decide which were “private” and which “public”. This is yet another way to stonewall, and throw another level of insulation between the crook and the jail. For, questioning her lawyers will raise bogus attorney-client privilege claims and so forth. They are accomplished liars, accomplished crooks and learned the first time around how to block investigations.
Another thing has surfaced—in one of the recent depositions in the JW case, Mills testified that (paraphrasing) “Hllary wanted to do it like she’s done it in the Senate, using private email rather than a government email address.”
So, the state dept. email situation is just one part of this. No one has yet, to my knowledge, investigated how she handled her Senate emails. I do not know whether the had a private server there or not, but I would be my right arm she never turned over anything to archivists upon departing the senate. I imagine those all went “bye bye”.
I agree, yank his immunity and charge him with the crime of setting up the server illegally and make him defend his actions.
This guy must have gotten one helluva big check from the grifters.
Pagliano is a afraid of the big Islamic fish at the top!
I can’t wait to see Clinton taking the 5th, over and over again.
