It depends on if you’re in the club. If you’re in the club socialism is great. And it works every time it’s tried.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Vin Scully he is a LEGEND here in LA God Bless him!!!
Ha! Put that in ur pipe and take a milky drag! Go Vin. Go Trump!!!
There’ll never be another like Vin Scully.
ou go Vinny! I bet you are voting for the Donald!
88 years young and still broadcasting!
Vin Scully is 88. I wish he could talk some sense into my dad, who’s 86.
It pains me no end that my dad can’t see the donks for what they really are. He won’t listen to me. I’m just a 63 year old kid.
I, similar to thousands of other young boys, vividly remember going to bed with our little transistor radio . . . listening to that voice painting a beautiful picture in our minds of the action on the field.
Mr.Vin Scully then as now always spoke of values and ethics. But it was always in terms of sports. He would call a player out for not running a play out to first base. He would describe the hustle and effort of others. He would share stories of team play, sacrifce and the desire for excellence.
I miss that very much today
I grew up listening to Vinnie and love him to death, However, As much as I agree with what he said: he should leave all politics out of his repertoire.
“Anyway. Oh and two.
Illustrates very nicely why Vin Scully stinks as a sports broadcaster.
Always yacking about things other than the game. An entire half an inning can go by with the radio audience having little or no clue as to what is happening on the diamond.
Love this tweet:
“Only Vin Scully can take down an entire political system between pitches”
So evidently he is not a Bernie fan.
Love it, way to go Vin!
Someone posted a chart of the political leanings of the average sports fan broken down by league. The PGA and NFL fans were very conservative, whereas the MLB was center right.
Scully knows his audience in LA. Gotta believe there are many center right Dodgers fans out there listening to him.
Vin needs to shut up about politics and do what he’s paid to do, like every other celebrity should do.
I don’t like it when libs voice their opinions “from the booth” either.
Gd bless Vin.
He remembers the old California!
Short, sweet, and to the point.
