Then the same should apply to Government Officials, since Freedom of Speech is not designed to protect fraud and deceit.

Gore-bull warming was their ticket to become Billionaires.
To me, they resemble bitter, corrupt scum lamenting the loss of their easy money.

We don’t need clueless morons who have no concept or clue as to why the Constitution was written in the first place in office. That sword can cut two ways a-holes. They need to be out of office and unemployed ASAP.

Only “good people” (as defined by the Left) are protected by the Constitution.

Then I would think the loony Democrats believe that the First Amendment wouldn’t protect Obama lying about “you can keep your doctor” and “you will save $2500 per year in health costs,” and Hillary’s barrage of lies.

I guess some speech is more equal than other speech? Tell me Mr Congressman, who gets to decide? What’s that look like 20 years from now? ... Got it? Has it sunk in yet what a terrible idea you just put forth? Starting to realize you’re in over your head, that you’re not smart enough for this job, that maybe you should sit down and STFU? Well, don’t worry, it’s obvious to the rest of us.

California congressmen wrote a letter to state attorney general Kamala Harris claiming the freedom of speech is not designed to protect fraud and deceit of the likes being spread by oil company ExxonMobil about global warming. The *only* fraud and deceit *I've* seen in this has come from the AGW side. Remember the East Anglia deal, Congresscritter? I sure do. Absolute fraud and deceit. But as I am well aware, *you* would say that the First Amendment protects their fraud. You, yourself, are thus a fraud, and I publicly call you the same.
