The company paid the travel and other costs. It was the last time I worked at a job that required that kind of travel. TWA was based out of St Louis and had non stop flights into San Diego..........
I really like that Trump can sell himself. He says quite often...I’m really good at that. He’s able to convince people on the fence or insecure people you can count on him to win for you.

I would come out of retirement just to work on the wall for the principle and symbolism aspects, more than the income factor.
A tilt-up process would likely be used, or precast off site, then erected in place onto an anchoring foundation. Quick and efficient.
I worked on 2 buildings in Miramar, CA, in the warehouse/industrial zone. The buildings were 200 feet by 600 feet, 2 stories high, and the walls were erected in 21 days. That’s 3,200 lineal feet of building, with more than 50 and less than 100 men. BOOM DONE!
The way it would likely work is several large crews would work simultaneously along the border, connecting sections to each other.
