This is interesting, heard this on FOX a little while ago. Following the endorsement of Obama for Hildabeast, the WH Press Secretary had a presser whereby for the FIRST time ever announced that the ongoing CRIMINAL investigation would not present a conflict of interest for the Oval. Newt weighed in on the show and said he thought it wasn't a slip on the part of Josh whatshisface. That Obama approved the terminology and was being quite Machiavellian, in case the FBI does choose to recommend an indictment, Obama can then say: "Hey, I did my best to help her...But she dug her own hole...." Thereby Obama can preserve and protect his own legacy.
