Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is overseeing a fraud case against Trump University, is reportedly a member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, which is affiliated with the Hispanic National Bar Association.

The federal court is hearing this case under diversity jurisdiction, which requires the case be about more than $75,000 and that no plaintiff is from the same State as any defendant.

In a fair world, he should recuse himself but now, called out on it, he will stay on and the libs will praise him for not being bullied. However, after noting that he is a member of a group actively calling for boycotts of Trump, Trump now has grounds to win an appeal after he loses this round. That's the end game here.
