Judge Hanen Holds Hearing Tomorrow – DOJ To Argue Against Sanctions and Court Order…

Texas Judge Andrew Hanen previously sanctioned the DOJ for lying to him several times in his courtroom. His sanctions had three basic elements:

DOJ lawyers attend ethics class annually for a period of five years. DOJ provide a list of every name, address, and location of each of the 100,000+ DAPA recipients who was granted unlawful immunity. Attorney General Lynch to deliver a corrective plan within 60 days. (link)

The DOJ freaked out and requested a hearing to discuss. The hearing is tomorrow:

The Obama administration accused a federal judge Tuesday of sowing “fear and confusion” among illegal immigrants, potentially scaring them away from signing up for President Obama’s deportation amnesty by demanding immigration officials submit names of tens of thousands of migrants who’ve already enrolled.

Justice Department lawyers also asked Judge Andrew S. Hanen not to force thousands of attorneys to take remedial ethics classes — an order the judge issued two weeks ago after he concluded that the administration intentionally and repeatedly misled him by implementing part of the amnesty, even as they assured the court it wasn’t in operation yet.

“The sanctions ordered by the court far exceed the bounds of appropriate remedies for what this court concluded were intentional misrepresentations, a conclusion that was reached without proper procedural protections and that lacks sufficient evidentiary support,” the Justice Department lawyers wrote in asking for a stay.

Judge Hanen scheduled a hearing for June 7 to let the Justice Department make its case, in what’s become a nasty court battle between himself and the administration. They’ve been at odds since soon after Mr. Obama announced his expanded amnesty for illegal immigrant parents in November 2014.

This empowered the secretaries of State and Homeland Securityin consultation with the director of the Office of Management and Budget, the director of the National Economic Council, the assistant to the president for homeland security and counterterrorism, the director of the Domestic Policy Council, the director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, the attorney general, and the secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Labor and Education.

The order was to make a series of recommendations “to reduce government costs, improve services for applicants, reduce burdens on employers, and combat waste, fraud, and abuse in the system” of issuing immigrant and non-immigrant visas.

The scam works this way: signed Boobamba memos "delegate" to federal agencies orders to come up with plans (that must advance Boobamba's global conspiracy to overthrow the US govt w/ Third World federales and their cadres jumping the US border).

The federal agencies then "invent" Committees to do this (the better to overthrow the US govt). Then "Administrative Rules," after a comment period, will be published in the "Code of Federal Regulations," which magically turns them into law........ using federal fairy dust.

So Boobamba is shielded from responsibility---he doesn't have to take the hit. Behind closed doors, he tells federal factotums what he wants.....and faster than you can say "the combo plate w/ extra hot sauce".....the overthrow of the US govt commences.

My first comment relates to the thousands of attorneys to take remedial ethics classes —
Remedial ethics? Why not The U.S. Constitution, and the required oaths of office and conditions of employment?

These clowns, exemplified by both the regimes of the Clinton Criminal Enterprises of the last 24 years AND the Soros/Jarrett, Omugabe of the last 8 is the endless supplu of evil, unethical and immoral bureaucrats who literally will obey ANY order so long as they get a cushy paycheck, benefits and outrageously generous pensions...

The only people upset by the Judges’ sowing of “fear and confusion”, are the people in the Justice Dept. Who do not know the meaning of Justice or the LAW.

This current Justice Dept is a disgrace. No descent citizen of America get “justice” from these people.

Me either - I love new words but I will never find a use for them in normal conversation. My husband already says “huh?” to everything I say - that’s because he can’t hear now. So be warned, guys or gals - don’t make a habit of saying “huh” because by the time it happens for real, it has grown pretty old and irritating...

Heck - most of the words on my list I wouldn’t even be able to pronounce so that defeats the purpose, doesn’t it? Oh! well, I’m enjoying keeping it anyway.
