He’s right.
The case against Trump is as phony as a $3 bill.
A white Muslim?
I don’t really care if the GOP establishment defends liberal activist judges.
Who really has a conflict of interest here?
It’s not the judges heritage. It’s the judges association with La Raza, and his distinct prejudice to all matters La Raza. Trump is correct.
The Judge should recuse himself, and the case be handled by an objective unbiased court.
The only thing a muslim is neutral on is whether to use a hatchet or saw.
California thrives on the illegals. My friends moved to CA...It’s little Mexico just like Florida is little Cuba.
The judge belongs to a racist group which has partnered with a group called “No Border Wall”
What possible conflict could there be?
Republican establishment figures who attack Trump, forget that people hate journalists and out of control judges.
They’re not exactly on people’s popularity lists.
This also shows that he is able to develop policies that will reign in the Judiciary by requiring that defendants, when on trial, have a judge of their own race and religion.
If the Muslim judge was a card carrying member of ISIS I would say there would be a big problem as to the judge’s fairness.
If we had the rule of law instead of the rule of men’s whims, it wouldn’t matter. Vague, delayed, and personally-determined “law” is a tool of dictatorship.
Just ask Mark Steyn.
If one can't figure out that "Muslim" is a religion rather than a race, one is too stupid to have their opinion attended to.
And we are always told how a minority defendant has a right to have minorities on the jury because a white jury cannot be fair.
Good for Trump. He is right. All this one way race crap is coming to an end. He is finally bring to light the huge double standard and blatant hypocrisy of it all. This pretending that members of race groups i.e. The Black or Hispanic Caucus or LaRaza or NAACP or any of the hundreds of other race based groups are not motivated by race is BS.
This is not about race. It is about national loyalty. Trump’s policies will be detrimental to Mexico and the Mexican citizens in the US.
The judge is of Mexican heritage and belongs to a group that sides with Mexico.
Trump used the word “possible” and never implied it is definite as this New York Times headline sensationalizes it.
I watched that interview. John Dickerson, you could tell, was wounded to the bottom of his righteous, race-sensitive heart over what Trump said about the objectivity of the Mexican judge. He kept bringing it up, just could not get it resolved to ease his inner anguish.
Or did he think he had a landed on a racist remark by Trump and was trying to highlight it as much as possible? Trump said it was just common sense, and gave reasons why.
Typical dishonest NYT piece. The writer knows full well that the judge is biased. It’s just that she kinda likes it that way. She and the judge both want Trump to lose his case.
