Why did the cops on the scooters do nothing?
The way i heard it (and I’m not sure if this rumor is true) is that the mayor ordered them to do nothing. Their excuse was that enforcing the law and making arrests would only incite the anti-Trump protesters.
In my opinion, unless the Trump supporters were winning, they were ordered to do nothing. To make the sheep think that they were doing their jobs, they had a few scrimmages with the goons.
