Larri....Larri?
Well done by all :):):)
Well Larri....as ah remember it.
The hardest part was chopping a hole in the ice....big enough to fit the boat.
And the gaul of him insulting Trump for defending his reputation instead of "settling" out of court...as if we didn't know what the press would do with THAT.
bastards.
Trump U facts:
Thousand of graduates gave glowing reviews. Almost 95% are extremely happy.
The original plantiff was a disaster for the prosecution. The NY AG, a huge Hillary supporter, kicked the original plantiff off the case. The case should have been thrown out at that point.
Lots of independant Lawyers cannot believe this case proceeds,?should have been thrown out long ago.
Etc.
So, why does the case go forward????
Only the Judge and AG can answer that question.
Maybe, the journolists should get their heads out of their butts, and find. out!!!
Not completely sure what he was plying here, but he should have immediately vaporized Riyadh and Mecca.
Just the opposite. The fighters back in the day were much better technically. They used the jab more than today's fighters. The heavier weight classes were certainly dominated by the those who had the knockout punch. They put fannies in the seats. But Floyd Patterson, Jimmy Ellis, and Larry Holmes used the jab a lot.
And don’t forget Rocky Balboa! That dude could take a punch/punches that would kill an actual person!
Hopefully, Trump’s lawyers will file a motion to remove the judge. There are a number of instances that show bias like the way he unsealed and then resealed documents or the remarks he made about Trump and his candidacy in his court orders. The judge has been far from being apolitical.
Patterson used to bull his way into the boxer. Nobody jabbed the way early Clay did. Holmes basically copied Clay who was his hero.
The GOP likes to run and hide.
He was and probably still is a fool who believed that Islam isn’t significantly different than Christianity. It was a common belief among the neocons that he surrounded himself with. They imagined that they could reinvent the culture of the Middle East by killing a few dictators and implementing democracy. Natan Sharansky’s book full of democracy worship was a big influence on him.
What do you call Trumspters who publish their visceral hatred of Senator Cruz supporters? Just a question asking all to look in the mirror
The WP and the Judge collaborated to create and deliver a political kill
Shot on Trump.
The Judge should have paid more attention to his professional responsibilities and credibility.
Instead, the Judge raced ahead and made mistakes.
Trumps gut once again makes the correct call
But gosh, that was last week.
What is she, some kind of professor of ancient history or something?
Glad you have checked in Fishtalk!
Fox News Sunday: Newt disagrees with Trump’s attack on Trump U judge. “Worst mistake he’s made.”
That would disagree with former AG Alberto Gonzalez. And also fails to consider the relationship the judge has with the LaRaza lawyers group. And fails to take into account Obie’s criticisms of SC judges, and the SC as a whole...the later at a State of Union address.
Thanks as always for your posts Bray. I enjoy them.
"When the ref finally stopped the bruising beating in the twelfth round, Ali, retaining his title as Heavyweight Champion, left the ring amidst the crowd's booming boos. They were astonished by what appeared to be little more than a display of needless cruelty directed at Patterson, a sensitive boxer nicknamed the Gentle Gladiator.
But this gentle man would not pull punches when he set himself against Ali. The war of words between the two titans began in biting earnest more than a year before their battle in the ring. Patterson condemned Ali's membership in the Nation of Islam, an organization that preached the superiority of Black Muslims and advocated the separation of the races. Patterson clarified his views at length in an essay entitled I Want to Destroy Clay, written with Milton Gross, for the October 19, 1964 issue of Sports Illustrated. Insisting on calling Ali by his old name, he wrote that Clay is so young and has been so misled by the wrong people that he doesn't appreciate how far we have come and how much harm he has done by joining the Black Muslims. He might as well have joined the Ku Klux Klan. Patterson, in contrast, believed in the integration of blacks into what was then exclusively white society, and he supported the NAACP's efforts to open American society up to the nation's most marginalized community. He took the differences between them seriously enough that he believed beating Ali would be his contribution to civil rights.
I say... that the image of a Black Muslim as the world heavyweight champion disgraces the sport and the nation, he wrote in another essay for Sports Illustrated, published just six weeks before their fight. Cassius Clay must be beaten and the Black Muslims' scourge removed from boxing. Even Martin Luther King Jr. took a side. When Cassius Clay joined the Black Muslims, he said, he became a champion of racial segregation and that is what we are fighting against. I think perhaps Cassius should spend more time proving his boxing skill and do less talking.
Well the problem with that is, a muzzie "democracy" would elect "kill the infidel" leadership.
We should either stick with the secular dictators, who quell the jihadis, or test fire some of our....uh....tacks.
You had to give a positive evaluation in order to move to the next level.
