my opinion is if they signed that form then they are in trouble because they knowingly handled emails on a unsecure server! Do not know if I am right or not but that is what I would think

Pagliano may have an out: he was only the admin, and wasn’t aware that Clinton was sending and/or receiving classified info.
Unless he was reading her email, the only way he could know was if someone told him.
So then we can now assume these guys will become the Clinton (SOP) scapegoats, and will take the fall for dear leader Hillary.
Somehow this must not happen. Hillary has to be the one in the jump suit. Her, and every one of the players of their scenario either on stage, or behind the curtain.
The Clintons have to be accountable for their skullduggery.
Did they have the top secret clearances that hillary did? If not, how could hillary let them handle top security clearance information?

The safes are still there but now they house removable hard drives as well as documents. Still need to remember those combos....

Whatever happened to the “need to know basis”? It appears anyone who goes to work for the government can be shown top secret info.
Maybe not. I saw another article today that said he rerouted the entire government stream of data for Mrs. Bill Clinton to her private server. He had to know that included both classified and non-classified data.
Of course they did. You have to in order to deal with information at that level of classification. The only real question is, is any one of the going to be held responsible?

As Secretary of State Hillary had a need to know an awful lot.
Possibly not the technology secrets, but everything else.
And her aides would have a need to know for administrative reasons...
