The lame duck president went to Indiana today to hold a rally and trash-talk Donald Trump. Unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned. He turned into a stuttering mess.

Two things are obvious here. One, Trump has the DC establishment all shook up. And two, Obama cannot express a rational thought without a teleprompter.

There was one star who didn’t need a teleprompter. Reagan would memorize his speeches or put the high notes on 3x5 cards and glance at them once in awhile.
George Bush rarely used the teleprompter also, using 3x5 cards. In some cases his speeches were totally impromptu.

Honestly, for the first time ever I almost felt sorry for Obama. Okie doke? What the heck was he trying to say? I think he’s so used to making fun of the “hicks” in flyover country, the bitter clingers, that he was trying to lump Trump in with them.
