Honestly, for the first time ever I almost felt sorry for Obama. Okie doke? What the heck was he trying to say? I think he’s so used to making fun of the “hicks” in flyover country, the bitter clingers, that he was trying to lump Trump in with them.
That’s exactly what I think the “Okie doke” brain fart was referring to: the “white hicks” as he sees them. And in the same sentence (at least the coherent part of it) he talks talking about avoiding racial divisions. Clearly he hasn’t given up the coke.
