Saber rattling without a substantial case to prove.
It sounds bad to arraign people on criminal charges but when the charges are dropped for lack of evidence or the case is dismissed in court, the original instigators of the false hysteria will never be confronted with their waste of resources nor will they ever be pinned to have engaged in a political witch hunt.

Is there really a scandal? Or is the “ACLU” creating one?

Perjury is just a "rule".
So, Sheriff Joe is accused of breaking a rule.
Big deal.

Stand firm Arizona, the Mulatto hates us in AZ...tell your Reps to back Sheriff Joe. Thanks!

Obviously Arpaio’s obozo’s eligibility investigation proving obozo is NOT eligible to be POTUS has consequences. What Arpaio and his team members are being accused of is committed by US DOJ lawyers all the time. Are they being prosecuted and threatened with criminal conviction?

If most of the crime in an area is committed by one demographic group and the statistics support that, at what point does “good police work” degrade into “profiling”? It seems to me that’s a pretty slippery slope that attorneys could bandy about for some time.

Bull$#!t. Political intrigue not a crime on Arpaio’s part. Arrest the arresters.

So if the county is like 85% Hispanic then how could it be discrimination? (not sure what the ethnic makeup of his country is but just asking).

Time for the good sheriff to call up the militia...deputize a good size posse for when they come to arrest him. The only other alternative is to submit to the nonsense.
