Pundits at Huffpo can post articles themselves. That’s what this guy did.

Huffpo didn’t like it and took it down.

One other thing, there’s not a single source in that story. Everything in it is old news except the RICO theory, for which there is no cite either.

Not defending Hillary, just pointing out the lack of sources for the story. There’s not even a claim of “sources who asked to remain anonymous”, etc.

Where did the indictment claim information come from other than this guy’s brain?

FReepers don’t have the ability to delete an account. I tell you what though. Keep promoting Hillary, and Jim or one of his moderators will delete your account.

Here’s hoping the FBI folks, who have threatened to “leak” the facts, follow through ... but not until August to really put them in disarray....

That is the danger and must not be underestimated.

If Hillary goes down, it will be in part because the party comes to the realization that she is likely to lose to Trump. At this point, the realist in the party have to be seriously concerned that she stands a good chance of losing.

Sanders is their only alternative. The Dems can not to afford to alienate his voting block. A sizable portion of the Sanders vote has already indicated a preference for Trump over Hillary. A WAG would seem reasonable that as many as half of Sanders voters would either sit out, or vote Trump should a white knight be brought in at the last minute. Even Warren.

A Sanders nomination remains a plausible outcome of all of this. We should hope not. I Never thought that a socialist could stand a chance in America, but polling and the fact that the electorate actually voted Obama in twice can not be ignored.

“The only limits on qualifications to be president are in the Constitution — having US citizenship, being at least 35, and having lived in the US at least 14 years.”

Wow. You need a refresher.

Read Article II, Section I, Clause V.

or the true explanation,

4) they have a “contributors” page for what are basically blog items, and one of their “contributors” put it up (as they are able to do).... then when HuffPo got heated complaints from their faithful, it was quickly taken down.....

4). Huff post is printing from an FBI source (Comey) looking to put pressure on Justice to make it look like a foregone conclusion. HUFFPO ran with it until they got a threatening phone call from the A-G’s office requiring them to pull it.

Awaiting further developements...

Theoretically, if it were to happen after the election (but before the Electoral College) her election could be invalidated.

Whether indicted or not Hillary Clinton is DYING on the vine.

Her numbers are dropping like a sitcom that nearly EVERYONE has grown tired of and is now bored by.

Hillary is selling ANALOG ideas of the "past" in an environment that is now the DIGITAL future.

She's yesteryear and the Democrats themselves are beginning to realize it.

Say what you want.. but SHE CANNOT WIN with ALL the BAGGAGE she's toting.

In theory...if the election occurs....the electoral college electors (in the case of Hillary winning in this example) would have no choice but to show up and vote for her. I don’t think they’d have any choice.

But to add confusion to this scenario....knowing that no court action could possibly occur at this point before January of 2017 (my best guess)....then a conviction would occur after Feb 2017 at the earliest. In that case, she’d have to step down, and the VP simply assume the position with no Senate action (assuming the right charges are filed).

But let’s carry this to the other possible scenario....FBI hands material over and there’s plenty for charges, and the AG simply announces (only announces) that they will file and proceed to court. Would she simply step down, or continue on? Would the DNC meet and discuss this because they have no rules for it? Would they even be willing to discuss allowing Bernie to get the ‘nod’?

If you ask me....it’s fairly screwed up. Even if the AG refuses to put charges up...a President Trump could issue orders and proceed onto charges himself. Trump can even make the pledge in the middle of the debate with her in October....he’ll prosecute her once in office for criminal behavior as Sec of State.

You tell me, n00b. PC, smart phone, iPad? However you’ve chosen to promote her, it’s not very effective here at FR. And a quick review reveals that I’m not the first to notice.

Just out of curiosity, what liberal cesspool are you cloning your posts on?

“Please tell me how I am promoting Hillary I would love to know.”

You didn't ask me the question, but I'll take a stab at it. There are freepers who have watched the Clintons get away with so much for so long that they understandably post things along the lines of, “Of course, HRC should be indicted, but I have a hard time believing it will really happen.” Those types of freeper seem really to read the original posts and to keep an open mind

THEN...there are freepers such as yourself who, even after the last couple of weeks, when everyone in politics is acknowledging that this is going to be a tight race and that HRC just had a terrible week, post things such as, “Keep dreaming, HRC will skate...” blah, blah, blah. This past week, the State Dept investigator released a report that every media outlet reported accurately as “devastating” to HRC; the WashPost had a scathing editorial against HRC; and even Andrea Mitchell turned against HRC. Yet, you and your ilk still post taunts about how nothing ever will happen to HRC.

You wonder how you are promoting HRC? Well, if I were an HRC supporter, I would do what you are doing: I would go onto conservative websites and troll, trying to demoralize people so that they won't make a fuss if the FBI recommends HRC be indicted and Loretta Lynch doesn't act; because demoralized freepers will shrug and say, “Well, we were told nothing would happen, so why bother making a fuss.”

Well, sir (or madam), regardless of whether you are indeed a pro-HRC troll or just a freeper who has so given up that you are now psychologically invested in seeing HRC “skate”, I am here to tell you that I am one of many freepers who will NEVER give up, no matter how many times you post predictions that HRC will prevail, that she is untouchable. The FBI report will eventually be published and it will undoubtedly be even harsher than the State Dept report. And when that happens, if Loretta Lynch refuses to indict, we will howl like pigs stuck under a gate...while you probably will post petulant things like, “Who cares if she indicted? She's NEVER be convicted...”

Thanks for taking the time to spell it out.

I’d also like to point out that Donglalinger has been here less than four months, but has more posts than many established FReepers. More than a few of those posts are aimed at tearing down Republican candidates, not democrats.

This troll is transparent.

“You tell me, n00b. PC, smart phone, iPad? However you’ve chosen to promote her,”

Do you think the justice Dept that ran Fast and Furious and let the Black Panthers skate will indict her?
Why is it you have so much faith in the FBI and Loretta Lynch?

If you could answer the question without hysterics that would be great.
