Thanks Kabar for posting the excerpt from Jeff Sessions. I think that you are right about Trump not only reading it a couple years ago but using it as a blueprint now. His positions on the wall and with trade fit perfectly well with revitalizing our blue collar work force. You can readily appreciate the tremendous primary turnout that set records for the stale GOP. The elites see the same as you and I, but many are still in denial.
Now the GOPe wants to bring in millions of skilled foreign workers to take jobs from college graduates and depress their wages even more. The Gang of 8 bill would have doubled the annual number of guest workers to 1.4 million a year. And the TPP trade agreement will allow foreign companies to import their own workers. It is insanity. Time to put America first and not the bottom lines of the globalists.
FOURNIER: These two things are linked, set aside the fact that workers party is the 20th century bearings in the socialist movement. Nowadays, what it is, what he's talking about is a dog whistle to the white working class angry voters. And when she is taking on Susana Martinez, when she's taking on a female Hispanic governor, that's part of his play to the grievance vote among white male voters.He is trying to divide us and he's trying to create this new Republican coalition that would be mostly white, would be mostly angry white males, that the math does not add up, as George says, unless he completely reshapes the electorate. We have to have a completely different kind of electorate come out in November than we've had in the past.
Somehow you have to increase the white vote, but while not increasing the Hispanic and African vote. I don't know how you do that. Maybe he's figured a way.

Of course, in an interview with Howard Fineman of Huffington Post this week, you said that Trump was unlikely to choose a woman or a minority, because in fact that would be viewed as pandering. What did you mean? How would choosing a woman or a minority be seen as pandering?MANAFORT: No, no. There was another part to it, which I actually just said a minute ago. I said he was -- Trump was looking at the qualifications of all the candidates and that he wouldn't select someone only on the basis of gender or ethnicity. That's not to say that -- because that would be pandering.
But the qualifications, if a female is qualified, that's totally different story. And there are many Republican women who are qualified, and several who might be on the list.

It occurred to me that the characters on Fox may have intentionally trying to downplay Trump because they know that more Trump supporters watching Fox than any other place, and they are still royally po’d about Trump clinching the nomination more than a month before the convention. Their only joy left is to try and worry Trump supporters. Unfortunately for them, we know their agenda, and their verbal antics are very laughable, and transparent.

Probably. Plus, probably there are more black male voters who are conservative than black female voters because men in general are more conservative than female voters.
Black women vote 96% for Obama....most likely because however invalid it may be in reality, Obama is seen by them as a successful black man who married a black woman and is the always on scene father of their two daughters. He is perceived as the ‘black father knows best’ which is MISSING from their urban existence and deep down the source of virtually all its woes. Black women are women first who crave a family life congruent with what nature intended, not picking up checks at a welfare office and having a host of black men with the morality of farm animals sire and abandon their kids.
